New button not working in workspace

I am trying to create new form form the related by clicking on the New button in the workspace, but it not responding.

Hope you are doing well.

Please navigate to Workspace Experience->Related List Actions.

And check if your "New" is configured correctly or not. You can take reference for OOB buttons.
