Hi ServiceNow Team,
I have created new catalog item isn't visible in portal homepage search in PROD but visible in dev & uat in Service portal.
But catalog item is visible under defined category

It might be a cache issue. Please perform a cache clear.

Please try the following: make a small change in any of the items (e.g., add a dot in the Description or Short Description), save it, and then try again.
If the issue persists, please log a support case.

I've tried it, still no use.
Could you let me know the indexing, how to do for the catalog item. Because in dev, uat not done anything related to indexing still searchable in search box of portal but not in prod.
