New created catalog item isn't visible in portal search in PROD, In Dev & UAT is searchable in sp

Hi ServiceNow Team,

 

I have created new catalog item isn't visible in portal homepage search in PROD but visible in dev & uat in Service portal.
But catalog item is visible under defined category

And thanks for it for the points. I've checked the following 1,2 & 3 points it's fine.
Anyhow, for 4th point, I'm not aware of Indexing?

Now, it's visible it took time to reflect the catalog item in prod.
The catalog item is deployed then after 4 days it's visible by don't make any changes to it.

sorry what was the root cause and what's the solution?

are you saying the update set itself was not migrated which was containing the Catalog item?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Update sets deployed successfully, there's no issue in update sets.
The update sets deployed on Thursday  to Prod.
After it's deployed, I have checked it don't visible when try to search with Homepage Search box, but it was visible, if I go with Category.
On Friday, I raised the question in community. And today morning, when I checked it it's visible, if I search in Homepage Search box. It took time to reflect in prod.
In Dev, UAT it's visible automatically, when try to search in Search box.
