New created catalog item isn't visible in portal search in PROD, In Dev & UAT is searchable in sp

Hi ServiceNow Team,

 

I have created new catalog item isn't visible in portal homepage search in PROD but visible in dev & uat in Service portal.
But catalog item is visible under defined category

It might have just been a cache issue, but in the end, your issue has been resolved — which is good.

I don't think it was a cache issue since you already cleared that and still it was not showing.

I still believe it's something else.

If you have time you can investigate so that this issue doesn't come up again in future for some other catalog items.

If not then that's fine.
