Just wanted to throw this out there to see what other companies are doing. Today our HR system sends over a list of new hires with limited info over to SN. This triggers a catalog request which then emails the hiring manager to finish filling out the request form. Since we have 100's of different positions this form is quite long and constantly changing. This form handles things like hardware, software access, phone system set up ect. Then the workflows behind it are a nightmare.
How is your company handling new hire onboarding and do you have any recommendations?
