New Standard change category in not coming under the category

Hi,

I have created a new standard change category, but it is not showing up in the list. Could you please help to understand the issue and the resolution for this.

A new type of STD Change,

In the STD CHG,

Do you have any catalog items listed in that category? If not, that's likely the cause of it being excluded from the list.

Yes, the item is listed under the service catalog, please find the screenshot.

Right, but if you click on the Category, are there any items in the Catalog Items related list? If no, that is likely why it is not showing up on the catalog.

My requirement is to create a new category, but the issue is I create a new template then only something will come up under the catalog item.

When I try to create one template/catalog item it is not coming up in the category.
