New to CSM, need help for CSM project

Given customer set of requirements, what should be the starting point for CSM app (Design, Development, Deploy) on ServiceNow from scratch ?

Any referance on how to design the app architecture, tips to ensure it is aligned as per best practices , technical guides ?

All available information is very verbose and not technically oriented for the devs to consume.

Best Place is Now Create. You will get all types of docs. Also activate the CSM in your pdi to do RnD.
