- My dev189369 Personal developer instance was reclaimed due to inactivity
- I requested and was given a new instance dev218106
- I signed in with my ServiceNow ID but could not get to the classic view
- I was instead taken to the ServiceNow App Engine Studio as shown in the screenshot below
- How can I get to the classic view?

Hi @NandatD
Nothing to worry. Login back to developer.servicenoe.com
On right side click on your profile.
Then on left side you get option change user.
Change the user from AES to admin
Save
Logout n login back

Hi @NandatD ,
You need to go: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
Click on your icon top right corner:
Click "change user role":
And select admin instead of app engine studio creator:
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
