Newly added fields are not showing in the Agent Mobile app.

Hi, 

We have added a new field to the change request form. We have also added the field in the Mobile and approval view of the Change request form. But the field is not showing, when we open the change record under My Approvals in Agent Now Mobile app.

Can anyone help me in fixing the issue.

Check UI polcies.

Logout n Login again

Check on new records.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG , 

 

We have written one UI policy to show the new field only for particular type of changes and that UI policy is set to Global view not a specific view. I have also tried by creating new records, even then the field is not showing.
