Next Experience Custom Theme Colors

Is there an easy way to identify what elements/properties of a theme need to be changed in order to get the color you want?  For example, where the arrows are pointing...I want that text field "Name *" on the favorite to be the same color as the "Filter" box and I want to change those white chevron icons to another color.

But how do you identify the elements to add to your theme style?

For the favorite name field, I assume it's something favorite related like this (not the icon of course, below is just an example):

now-unified-nav_favorite-icon--color

But is there a way to easily identify what these elements are called to change the color of them?

I've been trying various elements like the below just to see if it makes any changes.

"--now-textarea--background-color": "255,255,0",
"--now-input--background-color": "255,255,0"
