Nexthink Incident Management Connector plugin does not showing the update button in prod instance

We have updated the plugin Nexthink Incident Management Connector on lower instances from 2.1.0 to 2.3.0 without any issue. But in PROD we do not have the update option to upgrade the plugin version. Could you please let us know what could be the reason.

Hello Ambika,

Your picture cannot be displayed in your post.

You might need to go to the ServiceNow store and entitle that plugin to be upgrade in your prod instance.

Also, check if the new version of Nexthink Incident Management Connector is compatible with your production version.

Thanks for the update. 

Currently the instance version is Rome and plugin version is compatible with this version.

Still the update plug in button is not available
