Nexthink Incident Management Connector plugin does not showing the update button in prod instance

We have updated the plugin Nexthink Incident Management Connector on lower instances from 2.1.0 to 2.3.0 without any issue. But in PROD we do not have the update option to upgrade the plugin version. Could you please let us know what could be the reason.

Hello Ambika,

In that case, I would recommend you to open a support case in https://hi.service-now.com.

I had a situation in the past where specific apps were not at all available and it turned out to be a sync problem between my instance and the servicenow store.
