Nimsoft Integration

Hi All

I am trying to Integrate Nimsoft with ServiceNow and the documentation provided by wiki on this is very little, due to which I am not able to understand how to utilize the plug-in so that I can establish a bi-directional connection.

I am wondering if the integration has to be done using the Plug-in via ECC queue or using the web services? If we have to do it using the Plug-in and ECC queue then could you please help me understand what are the basic steps to setup the integration so that the entry is added to the ECC queue. Any help would be much appreciated.

I know this is an older response....thought I'd try anyways.

We are including a link to an SOP in our description from Nimsoft.   We want the link to be clickable; do you know if we can make it into a full URL from Nimsoft or how would we capture the 'http:' verbiage and then make it clickable in SN?

You could parse the URL from the description and transform it into a URL field on your target form

Hi All,

I will be working on Nimsoft integration soon. I read that integration plug in will not be available in Eureka. I will use Java web services for integration. I checked on Nimsoft website and there is very limited description / API available.

I came across below SDK / packages links for Nimsoft
