No activity shown in Activity log

Hi Experts,

At present we are facing an issue with Activity log, For Only one incident it is not generating worknotes & additional comments or any activities. But if we switch the incident to UI 15 then we are getting all the updates. In UI 16 we are getting the No activity error. Can anyone please help me out on this. Need your quick response on this.

Note: I have attached the UI 15 & UI 16 activity logs as well.

When you click on the filter, it says Configurable fields. Click on that, and then add the fields you want to see in the activity.

Everything has beed added to the avalable slush bucket but it is not visible on top of configure fields. I hope you got my issue.

Don't see other issues like this, so suggest you call HI support. Should be working when switching between UI's.
