No activity shown in Activity log

Hi Experts,
At present we are facing an issue with Activity log, For Only one incident it is not generating worknotes & additional comments or any activities. But if we switch the incident to UI 15 then we are getting all the updates. In UI 16 we are getting the No activity error. Can anyone please help me out on this. Need your quick response on this.
Note: I have attached the UI 15 & UI 16 activity logs as well.

I was able to resolve this issue after being directed to KB0597328 by HI support. There is a bug present in Geneva and Helsinki regarding the formatter and the Relationship Changes field. The workaround is to remove Relationship Changes from the list of available fields in the formatter.

Hi Jacob,
Yes you are right. I fixed the above issue 3 days back by just removing it from the available slush bucket but this is not at all making any sense to me. Thanks a lot for sharing your experience.
