No clue from how the event "sn_actsub.notify_about_article_published" is triggering.

Hi Folks,

In knowledge management, when an article is created and published users are notified twice. I checked business rules, email scripts and related stuff. But unable to find from where this event "sn_actsub.notify_about_article_published" is triggering.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, did you ever find the solution to this? I am trying to figure out what's firing this event as well as the link to the KBs that is parsing through the parameters is incorrect and seems to be taking ownership group members to an old Knowledge Homepage.
