Hello community,
I am trying to create a new Inbound action through flow designer, but emails are not received to the instance. When I checked the Email account, I didn't find any record in my personal developer instance.
I tried to send email to my instance devxxxxxx@servicenowdeveloper.com.
Any support here please?
Thanks,
Rana

Emails are restricted in PDI due to security issues. You can follow this link to configure in PDI.

Hello Atul G.,
I want to send a mail to my personal developer instance and trigger the inbound email action - not send an email from the instance. Should I do the same steps?
Thanks,
Thanks

Yes mate, so for this you need to set up the email account. The link will help you to configure the email account in PDI and then you can test ( both send / receive) email in PDI.
Just to update , by link you are setting up email account with gmail server, so that will bring all yor personal email in PDI.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello back Atul,
I configured my gmail account as you mentioned and now the connection test is successful. However, when I send an email to devxxxxxx@service-now.com, I receive nothing in my instance mailbox and also I receive an email that the email address is not correct.
Appreciate your support!
