No Email account on my Personal Instance

Hello community,
I am trying to create a new Inbound action through flow designer, but emails are not received to the instance. When I checked the Email account, I didn't find any record in my personal developer instance.
I tried to send email to my instance devxxxxxx@servicenowdeveloper.com.
Any support here please?

For this, goto email account and check the SMTP account
and then send email. Also please check the email lags as well.

I am sorry, should it be devxxxxxx@service-now.com or devxxxxxx@servicenowdevelopers.com?

It should be devxxxx@service-now.com
also please check is the email properties are enabled?

Yes, those properties are enabled. But when I try to send an email to devxxxx@service-now.com, I receive an email error: (Adress not found) email address can't be found.
