No Email account on my Personal Instance

Hello community,

 

I am trying to create a new Inbound action through flow designer, but emails are not received to the instance. When I checked the Email account, I didn't find any record in my personal developer instance. 

I tried to send email to my instance devxxxxxx@servicenowdeveloper.com

 

Any support here please?

Hi @ranaelsekhi 

 

Try to put your Gmail id in SMTP account instead of devxxxx and try. I dont have set up at my end currently.

For the inbound email action, the email accounts properties are different than the outbound.
It works now after following those steps.

@ranaelsekhi Instance email account feature is no longer offered by ServiceNow post London release due to security issues. If you wish to use this feature then configure your own SMTP account on the PDI.
