I have a question for Service NOW, I set up flow that call an action with JavaScript embedded, the JavaScript inside the aciton will clean up data from additional_info to extrac exact CI/node from the data in addiitonal_info with payload format, it works as expected except the nodes in event & incident pages is different from the node in alert page for the same message key. It seems the javascript does clean up the node from additional_info and update the node in em_event, but the node field in em_alert is not updatedm it is still the original coming to SNOW with garbage in. Why?
