Normal Change request moving to Authorize state skipping Assess state

If approval group is empty for CI associated to change request , CR is moved to Authorize state skipping Assess state.

I could see that this is due to OOB read only  script include ChangeFormUI. Could you provide your inputs on this

What inputs do you need? You already provided the problem and solution too. Also please check if the change was raised via Model and what state transition said.

You can override any of the methods in 'ChangeFormUISNC' by defining a new function in the 'ChangeFormUI' script include with the same name as that in ChangeFormUISNC script include. Provided you know javascript well enough.  Log in as "admin".
