Not able add custom role to make standard change visible on create new change

Hi All,

 

I have created a custom role and added all the tables ACL related to Change, but i'm not able to see the standard changes. please find the screenshot below

When user has admin or itil or sn_change_write role then use is able to access to all standard change.

Can anyone help me out, how make standard changes visible for custom role.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

I have created a new custom role, for that I have added the custom role to Change, Change Model, Standard Change Proposal Tables and for testing i have added role to categories as well, but it didn't worked.

Hi @Madala Chaitany ,

 

Standard change templates are tied to Service Catalog categories and are governed by User Criteria. 
  • Navigate to Change > Administration > Standard Change Properties.
  • Check the Available for and Not available for tabs on the standard change category/models.
  • Ensure your custom role is added to the Available for list so users with this role can view the Standard Change catalog items
