Not able to add the pictures in Record producer?

Hi All,

In my instance I am not able to add any images to a record producer.I don't know the reason for this.

If anybody have some Idea's means kindly share with me.

Please ensure that mobile picture type is desktop

It is in desktop only .Please refer my above screenshot.

Thing is I am not able to add any images in this instance like in "sys_user" table there is a field called "photo" in that also I was not able to add any image.

Is there any property restricting me ,I don't know.??!!
