Not able to delegate the user on Service portal

Hello,
In test instance, I impersonated as the demand approver and tried to delegate an user.
After delegating the user I created one demand but when I impersonated as the delegated user I was not able to see that demand in My Approvals on Service portal.
Please help me with the solution

Did you check the "Approval" checkbox at the time of setting up the delegation?
If not, the delegation won’t work for approvals.

can you share the (anonymised) delegation record, what about start and end date, was that compliant?
