Hi, I got an Issue, I had Created a Property in "Customer Service", and it is used in many scripts, and I had created an after insert Business Rule in "customer service" in which i am Setting the value of that Property in Business rule.
Now when I change scope to Global , And I Create a Record which triggers the After Insert Business Rule, I am not able to set the Value of that Property, I had Changed the Property Table Related access To Read, To Write, To Create from All Application Scopes, I Dont understand When I am trying to change that Property Value from Background Scripts in global, its working fine , but its not doing that from the Business Rule.

Ideally switching your scope should not be the issue.
- Did you get any error?
- Did you add some logs to see if the business rule reached the line?
- Please share the BR script

you switching the scope doesn't impact ideally the business rule as that BR is created in CSM scope.
What error it throws?
Did you add logs and see?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
