Not Able to Select "Lookup Select Box Field Value"

Hello,

Any idea what is causing the issue with a catalog variable with a type of Lookup Select Box?

When I select the table in the "Lookup from table" field, the "Lookup value field" is mandatory, BUT the drop down does not let me select anything.   The only option is "None".

Hi Laurie,

Looks very strange. You mean you can see the values in drop-down but when you try to select them you are not able to do so ? or you just see value none in the drop-down ?

  Are there any read ACLs on that table?

Hi Abhinay,

Yes, there is a read ACL on the table.   I tried adding the itil role to the read ACL, but it did not make a difference.
