Not Able to Select "Lookup Select Box Field Value"

Hello,

Any idea what is causing the issue with a catalog variable with a type of Lookup Select Box?

When I select the table in the "Lookup from table" field, the "Lookup value field" is mandatory, BUT the drop down does not let me select anything.   The only option is "None".

If you select say Location or an out of the box table, does the drop down populate?   Is table you are selecting a new table or one that has been around?   You may try to clear the cache by going to instance.service-now.com/cache.do to see if maybe that clears it up.   You may try to logout and back in or try another browser.

Hi Michael,

I tried testing with different tables - incident, custom table, etc.   They all behave the same way.   I tried clearing cache, too, and it does not seem to make a difference.   What is strange is there are older variables that appear to be working using Lookup Select Box.

I Would suggest opening a ticket in Hi as this is a wired situation.

Hi Laurie,

If you can see value in dropdown list for some other tables then as stated by Abhinay it looks like related with ACL access on that specific table which you are selecting.
