Not Able to Submit Catalog Item – Getting Error

Hi Community,
We are facing an issue with one specific Catalog Item in ServiceNow PROD instance.
The same catalog item is working fine in TEST, but in PROD it shows:
"Something went wrong and your request could not be submitted. Please contact your system administrator."
"Request not found"
This issue is happening only for one catalog item. Other catalog items are working fine.

Validate following:
A. Refer : KB1445779 Resolve submission failed errors in record producers
Resolution
To resolve this, do the following:
1. Open the Submit a Record Producer Scripted Rest Resource.
/nav_to.do?uri=sys_ws_operation.do?sys_id=4b9f0a8967101200d22b794717415a30
2. On the Security tab, uncheck Requires ACL authorization.
B. Refer KB: KB0953043 Unable to submit record producer - Error 500
Resolution
Check any custom business rule before insert on the table of the record being created
Change the order of the business rule to after insert to ensure the record being inserted already finished
C. KB2561052 Users are able to submit request after their session expired
Resolution
It was identified that a user record for "guest" exists on the sys_user table, but it did not have the snc_external role assigned. Once this role was added to the guest user, the issue was resolved.
