Not getting notification in awa inbox

So When we assigned cases to the user. The inbox is not showing pop up or action on case.

I am checking In available status.

Can you try changing your status to Away then put it back to available. Hope it should work!

Otherwise you might need to check your service queue,channels, assignment rules. Whether conditions are meeting or not.
