Hi Team ,
Avaza Swivel Team does not get email notifications when ticket assigned to Avaza Infra queue in SNow .
we have an issue facing with notification .
Notiification Name :- Email assigned to group (sc_task)
Sample Ticket .
If observe here in the below screenshot
group members didn't received email . even group email also there .
Group email and users are active only , we have tested from outlook , group members are received an email but from ServiceNow , why it is not working ..
if u see here in the below notification ,it was worked and triggered to the every users in the group .
can anyone please help here , what should i do and what steps needs to taken , please explain clearly , if possible please provide screenshots for better understanding .

If the email shows that the email has been send to the recipient, there is nothing wrong from ServiceNow and it should be found in the recipients settings (spam/filters).
If the recipient is not on the email, check the email settings on the user preferences. It could be that they opted out of receiving these emails.
