Hi Team
we have to trigger a notification if RITM requested for is VIP user we have created a notification on RITM table it is working fine but if we un check the updated field in notification notification is not triggering but if we check the updated field on every update on the RITM notification is triggering can any one help me how to achieve this we have send notification on only RITM creation not on update sharing screen shot for reference
