Notification delete then getting warning message.

Hi All,
I am getting issue while Notification delete . Please help me how i can handle this warning.
Message are:
"Warning!
Deleting this record will result in the automatic deletion of the following related records:
12
Notification Message
Note that the related records may trigger their own cascade deletions.
Do you want to proceed?"

Click Ok it will delete . The warning message can show because what ever mails triggered under that notification will get delete if you wants you can click ok.

The alert prompts to delete the existing emails that are sent out of the instance that used the particular notification. Basically it will be in Email logs, if I am not wrong means.
So you can please go ahead and click OK.
