Hi,
We have requirement to trigger the notification on insert of record in the ap case table, for this we have have created the notification for ap case table has shown below
and the notification is not triggering on insert and i have also tried by giving the parent table name(case) in table field and in condition i have added task type as ap case, in that case also notification is not getting triggered.
But i have tried creating the event, in that case the notification is triggered.
Kindly let me know if you have faced issue like this, and how did you over come.
