Notification to requestor if task state is on the pending and rejected.

I want to trigger the notification to requester through workflow, when task is pending and rejected.

You can create event to trigger the notification or you can directly create notification activity in workflow.

You can directly create notification activity in workflow and in the notification use script.

Hello @dhineshkumar ,

To trigger a notification through workflow you need to follow the below steps:

 

1. Open your workflow and check it out.
2. add a notification to your workflow from the side bar.
3. Then notification activity will consist of 3 parts :
 a. when to send : as this will be taken cared by workflow.
 b. Whom to send : In the fields select the requestor.
 c.what to send please use this space for mentioning the subject and body of email you need to send.
