A notification is configured to trigger by scheduled job at 9AM, US time zone. Similarly, this notification should be triggered to other users in different time zones at 9AM. Is there any way to configure this without creating scheduled jobs for each time zone?

with only 1 scheduled job not possible
Approach
-> separate scheduled job 1 for each timezone which runs at 9AM (easier to maintain) and less complex
