Notification triggered more than one time

Hi Team.
We have to trigger the notification when approval changes to Reject for finance table.
I given the condition when update, approval changes to Rejected. But it always triggered two or three times.
Can someone pls provide solution for it.

are the timings same for both the emails/events?
Did you check record is getting updated 2 times?
what debugging have you done from your side?
