Notifications are not triggering from HR lifecycle events.

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could assist with an issue I'm facing; Notifications are not triggering from HR lifecycle events.

The lifecycle event has two activity sets and they mainly consist if fulfiller tasks.

The activity set posing the issue is configured to trigger immediately, has six activities in an activity container. one of the six activities is a notification, others are fulfiller tasks and they all have the same order.

When testing, the activity set triggers as expected and all the activities launch however the notification does not send. According to the workflow log (it uses the Lifecycle Event Notification workflow), it begins, an event is generated and then it loops at the "Check if notification event is processed" activity until it times out and cancels.

Has anybody come across an issue like this before?

yep, there's no record of an email in the logs
