If I have a notification that has an event and conditions, does the notification go only when the event is triggered and the conditions are met? Or does it sent either when the event is triggered or the condition is met? I've done some poking around on the community and most of what I'm finding is talking about events or conditions, so I'm not sure how it handles and event with conditions.
