Notifications in ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement where my client doesn't want to get notified via Email. Rather they want to get a notification in ServiceNow system. Refer below screenshot. When the user clicks on the bell icon he/she should be able to see the notification. Also, the notification should have the capability of color coding similar to the email notification configuration in ServiceNow.

Is it doable? Or can you suggest any other idea of notification except via email notification?
