As I am an Agent,

when working on an Incident,

then I need the option to ask the Now Assist Panel things like this, and it will provide me with meaningful details:

  • "Show me recent tasks for this caller."
  • "Show me similar incidents."
  • "Who's on call?

how to develop this please share me guidance.
