Long story, short; I've been using the NowLearning lab instances to learn about ServiceNow, but my learning depends on my workload and time that I have available. This means it can be several weeks before I can return and continue.
Today I received the following error when trying to generate a new lab instance, and there doesn't seem to be a way around the issue:
ERROR: Unfortunately, we have been unable to provision an instance as it appears you reached the maximum limit of Lab Instances for a single course as per the Lab Instance terms previously communicated.
If you believe this to be an error or have specific reasons or exceptional circumstances for using an abnormal number of instances, please log a support case detailing the reason for needing more instances.
Things I have tried:
- Requested a new lab instance (leads to the above error message)
- Used virtual assistant as shown in this article which generates a URL and credentials, but doesn't actually appear to generate an instance
Is there any way to resolve this matter? I was unaware there was a limit and would love to continue.
Many thanks

Unenrolling will mean you will lose the amount you've paid to acquire the course, and to re-enroll you will need to pay. I'd advice no one should consider the advice left by Iraj, except if you allowed to enroll again without paying for the course.
