Now mobile app issue

Hello Community,

 

 

The interface of the Now Mobile application has been designed on the customer's ServiceNow development instance. Subsequently, all update sets have been deployed to the test instance. No role-based visibility settings were configured during development; however, it is observed that only users with the admin role can see the mobile application interface correctly in the test instance. In the development instance, the application works correctly for users with all roles.

We tried deleting the application cache, uninstalling the application, reinstalling it, but it did not provide a solution. What other investigations do you think should be conducted?

based on my experiences, nowGPT is not suitable for this; unfortunately, it did not provide adequate answers even now. 😞

May be wired, hope using the right Mobile app. Now mobile or Agent App. If issue is still there

Both instances are defined in the same application, and the agent app is not even downloaded to the mobile phone.
