Now mobile app issue

The interface of the Now Mobile application has been designed on the customer's ServiceNow development instance. Subsequently, all update sets have been deployed to the test instance. No role-based visibility settings were configured during development; however, it is observed that only users with the admin role can see the mobile application interface correctly in the test instance. In the development instance, the application works correctly for users with all roles.

We tried deleting the application cache, uninstalling the application, reinstalling it, but it did not provide a solution. What other investigations do you think should be conducted?

I just thought I'd ask here too, maybe someone has a useful idea.

I found what could be causing the described issue. In the test and development environments, the sys_sg_native_client table has two records: Now Mobile and Now Mobile Admin (the latter has the admin role specified in the required role field). While in the development environment, the plain Now Mobile is the invoked record, in the test environment, it seems that the app is trying to invoke the Now Mobile Admin record (the content behind both records is identical). Their order numbers are also identical.

Unfortunately, I cannot identify the reason for this discrepancy, so I would now seek assistance on how to rectify this.
