Now Mobile Can not receive push notification. --> No notification banner was displayed

I configured in now platform as below:

1.Push Notification Installation:

And then I tested it.

The result is as below:

1.System logs > Push Notifications remain pending for a long time, finally it will be a failure.

2. iOS can not receive push notification,

but if I refresh inside Now Mobile app,

it will get notification in Now Mobile app notification tab.

And after that there is a red dot on Now Mobile app icon.

But still no notification banner was displayed or shown in notification center of iOS.

Does anyone know what I missed?

Hi@Jinye Gao ,
I also have observed this issue on ios
When you received the notification is your now mobile was open
Try once triggering it without opening the app and check whether you receive it
I tried on my pdi with android device it works fine
