Number of Demand Is not constant with total number of demand!

Hi

When I go to the Demand from the portal, I need for the demand number to be consistent with the number of demands I have.  The Portal says I have 6 demands, but when I click on the page, it only has 2. Is there a way to get  get this to match?

Can u please check if there is a Query business rule in place on demand table due to which u not able to see those 6 records.

Also on the menu item which is on portal header where it says 6. Can you let us know wht is the filter applied based upon which it shows the data.
