I am trying to integrate oracle OCI cloud with service now (PDI). I did the below:
1. installed and configured the MID server
2. Installed the plugins
3. Setup the OracleAPI credentials
4. Setup the service account
while trying to setup the Discovery schedule -> Cloud discovery -> Validate, I get the below error
I was able to connect out of the box through Oracle CLI with the same credentials as setup in ServiceNow. The same does not work through the cloud discovery.
I tried to sync with MID multiple times but of no luck.
Log snippet from MID server is provided below:
Please advise, how do I fix this issue.
Thanks,

Check two points
1.Check the level of access to that service account , try to give high level access then check.
2.Check the OCI API is enabled on the oracle side or not
3.try adding group permissions to the on the OCI user - basically adding permissions of my MyServices user to the OCI user

Hi, did you validate an account? Was a validation successfull?
Discovery -> Discovery Schedules -> Cloud Discovery -> Select Account -> "Test Account"

Right, thank you. Consider to recheck if OCI credentials are correct and generated as per manual, you may find detailed steps in the document.
