Old approver is still getting the emails to approve request

Hi, 

I have changed the approver from one manager to another, still the other approver is getting the emails to approve the requests via oracle cloud form

Is there a Flow record associated with this Oracle form? If so, have you reviewed the Flow and looked at the Request Approval step?
