On-call workflow doesn't detect the on-call person

Hello.

I'm trying to set up on-call notifications that push out to the mobile app. I've set a lot of stuff up and I think it's all correct, but it's not working.

Ultimately no notification is being generated. I've got the workflow "On-Call: Assign by Acknowledgement" being trigged by a BR since we have the assignment group populated (as noted by multiple ServiceNow KB articles). The flow is started under the right conditions but makes the decision, "Is there any schedule?" - No:

I have no idea why.

I've got a rota set up and I'm the only person on it, and I'm on for 24 hours a day.

I've browsed and browsed but no idea why this isn't triggering. This is what the rota looks like:

u need to pass grouid to workflow input
