On particular selection of variable on record producer need to show the variable in MRVS

Hi,I have below requirement can anyone help me on this

Record producer variable name-Location-Reference

MRVS names

1)Add an external visitor

2)Add a company employee

if I select colombia or russia or india in location variable which is on record producer

I want one of the  mrvs variable to be visible else it shouldn't be visible
