on resource plan we added tab called audit history for related list but not working

Hi Team,

on resource plan table updated check box of audit as true and now audit tab is visible on related tab of resource plan

Audit records for resource plan are loaded only after clicking refresh button please advice how can we load the audit records by default

Performance wise, this is not the best way of doing this. Why do you need this on the related list? Why not just use the history on the record? How many times is it needed to view the history?
